No, only a person can send the reply to a customer. FreeScout GPT Pro is not an AI agent. It helps your agents by suggesting relevant, well written responses that they can use to reply to customers. Suggested responses are editable. They can generate multiple suggestions until the ideal response is found.
Which ChatGPT version/plan does it work with?
The module was designed to work with any availalble version/plan from ChatGPT. Simply select it from a drop down in the admin settings.

How does installation work?
You or your FreeScout administrator would install the module like all other FreeScout modules, uploading the ZIP file to your Modules folder, unzipping it, and renaming it to “FreeScoutGPTPro”. We can provide tech support via email for guidance as needed.
Can I continue using FreeScout during installation?
Yes, you can. There is no downtime during installation. Once the module is activated and configured in the Settings page, it will be ready for use.
