Which plan is right for me?
The difference between plans is who does the install. The first step is to upload the plugin file to your web server. For this reason some IT experience is required. The remaining steps in Blesta and Help Scout can be accomplished by anyone comfortable with guided technical stuff.
The standard plan is for those who can install the plugin. If you have IT on staff and are technical, self-install is right for you.
The upgrade plan includes Full Service Installation. If you need IT help or just want to save time and hassle, it’s the obvious choice.
This service can be purchased with the plugin. However, if you have already purchased the plugin for self-install, then later changed your mind, the installation service can be added on separately for $99.
How does installation work?
Self-install means you will install the plugin following step-by-step instructions in our Setup Guide (PDF). We provide tech support via email for guidance. Tech support will not do the steps for you, an important differentiation.
Full Service Installation is an upgrade. Our team does everything for you – from uploading the plugin file to your server, to installing the plugin on Blesta and configuring Help Scout. It requires no downtime for your support team as we work. When complete you will see customer information appear in messages.
Can I continue using Help Scout and Blesta during installation?
Yes, you can. There is no downtime during installation. Once the plugin is setup it starts seamlessly working with the two systems to make a useful data connection.
How do I get support?
Technical support is included to help you with setup. Our IT professionals based in the U.S. will work with you over priority email to get everything working perfectly.

Is there a free trial or free version?
Sorry, this plugin does not offer a free trial or free version like our other plugins for WordPress. Because it is a Blesta plugin it was built differently from our Freemius plugins.
