Setup is super easy. After purchasing the app from the App Store, visit our knowledge base for a quickstart guide.

2How do I get support?

iOS App Technical Support - Not FreeScout Support NOTE: If you experience any problems when using the help desk inside the app, please get in touch with your help desk administrator, as this app is not responsible for any issues related to your FreeScout installation.

For app technical support, please use our form to submit a Support Request .

3How many mailboxes are supported?

We've updated the app on Nov 19th 2025 to support as many mailboxes as you like, so now the bottom icon bar scrolls left or right as needed. Simply click Add Mailbox in the configuration screen to add additional mailboxes.
